I eat a low to moderate carb intake, I do not tolerate carbs very well, I was insulin resistant and gestation diabetes, things are somewhat better now, however I over shoot insulin when eating carbs
So right now i am carb cycling, 2 high carb loads a week. then lower 50-70g carbs on low carb days(1950calories) high carb 250g total of 2250 calories
that worked well with me before when I got to 17%bf
Protein is 1.6 grams per body weight.
I have gained 15lbs since starting.
My diet now is pretty clean and healthy where as before I was eating buffet foods on the weekend in the back pics. the abs and leg pics are when I start carb cycling
TDEE is 2400 calories
