Approximately 4200 calories/day. Building muscle or gaining strength was never a problem.
The problem was the lethargic/tired/low BP feeling that would not go away.
Apart from the T-bol, I never had that feeling before. Freaking hated it.
And I've been weight training for over 25 years.
