Hey mate yeah i can see a huge problem in what your doing just lean meats salads and fruit arent going to make you grow yes protein is the only thing that will build muscle but you also need alot of kcals to build muscle you didnt gain you didnt eat enough/ push your self enough in your training or rest enough. how many kcals did you eat a day?
