Well, I would've loved to have kept a detailed log, but I have no time for it.
Anyhow, after a 6 week cycle and 14 day PCT, I really don't like T-bol. There's no question that I had some weight/strength gain, but I couldn't get over the nasty lethargic/weary feeling I felt about two hours after dosing 3x/day.
I spread out my dosage 20mg/20mg/20mg/day throughout the day. After the first week, I added Proviron 25mg/25mg/day. It helped with the lethargic feeling, but not enough to make me repeat this cycle.
If I went to 30mg at any given point, the lethargic feeling was worse.
Diet was approx 230g protein/day, very lean meat/salad and fruit.
So either:
A-The T-bol was bad or
B-My body didn't like t-bol at all.
I don't know.
