Oh yeah bro's! Getting where I want to be fast! Got home from the gym about an hour ago, Here's the goods.

Seated Lat Rows
105x12, 120x10, 135x8, 150x6 (go heavier)

Lat Pulldowns
105x10, 120x10, 135x8, 150x6 (go heavier)

Kneeling Dumbbell Rows
50x12, 55x10, 60x8, 65x6 (go up 5lbs)

Standing Bicep Curls (stay)
35x10, 40x8, 45x6

Superman Curls
50x10, 60x8, 70x8, 80x6 (stay)

Preacher Curls (bar weight not included)
50x10, 60x8, 70x6, 90x3

Small Dropset Standing DB Curls
20x10 D 10x20


Notes: Had a strong day today. My biceps are getting very strong. I never thought I would be even attempting to preacher curl 107 lbs in so little time. I thought I could get 4 but would have failed so I stopped at 3. I went up in reps and will do that til I'm ready to go up that 15lbs for my two lat rows exercises. Then I will go back to the 10, 8, 8, 6.
