How long have you been training?
what are you doing for back at the moment?
Are you on a gear cycle at the moment?
Right this is what i would suggest(anyone who knows me on this board knows that i like punishing routines) so here goes:
For Back:
Sternum Chin up 8 X 8
High bench two dumbbell rowing 8 X 8
Low cable row with 18" grip 8 X 8
Medium Grip Lat Pulldown to Chest 8 X 8
I love the 8 x 8 training it really helps you put on size and it hurts like hell,
but it is definatley worth it!
you can fit this in with your current routine but i would recommend that you try the whole 8 x 8 routine, see here
