Chest n tri's. Favorite chest workouts: dumb bell flys, incline, flat bench all with free weights of course. Tri's: triceps push downs with ropes, tricep kickbacks, one arm triceps extension (Arnold style). My Tri's are blasted after 4 sets of each. I don't know though I love to look at myself (as weird as that sounds) in the mirror doing superman curls. Arguably the best mass builder for bi's.
