Well, I've been far to less for the last two years - never counted calories. I ate good food, but too less from it.
I started eating about 3000kcal about a month ago. So I guess my metabolism is still low and takes time to speed up.
I took some psychotropic drugs too because I suffered from depression. That lies behind me now, but those drugs slowed my metabolism down too.
That's my explanation for the fact that I eat good food and train hard but lose no body fat.
