To much body fat?
Hey guys!
I just ordered some test p from Huge Tom along with clomid, arimidex and nolva.
I think my diet is pretty ok.
I'm about 180cm tall and about 94 kg now. But my bodyfat is pretty high - probably at 20-25%.
The problem is I'm having a hard time losing the fat. I do cardio after most workouts. Either crosstrainier for 30minutes at heart rate ~140 or high intensity training on a treadmill with 2min high intensity(~175) and 2 minutes low intensity.
Meals are about 5 to 6 per day.
Some eggs with wholegrain bread in the morning.
Mostly chicken/turkey breast with rice and broccoli through out the day.
Maybe some peanuts - a shake with milk and protein and/or some cottage cheese before bed.
Try to get around 3300 kcal a day - gotta learn how to achieve this goal more accurately - I'm missing a few 100 kcal on some days.
Question is:
Can I start with my test p cycle anyways while trying to get my diet on spot?
(Even if I'm far from lean right now)
