Squat is at 130x5 (+20kg ... that's from the time of 1st pinning)
Bench 95x5 (+15kg)
Dead 140x5 (+more then 20kg)
Press 55x5 (+more then 5kg)
Chicken is now my primary source of protein (used to be pork) and I'm upping my milk intake to keep the momentum going. I'm at 3l/day right now.
My goal is:
150kg x 5 squat
200 x 1 dead
110 x 3 bench
70 x 3 press
I messed things up last week and took one more 0.5mg of adex then I should - felt pretty bad to be honest. really depressed.
Oh and who would have thought that dbol and adex pills look exactly the same so it's not a good idea to empty the bags next to each other on a table *facepalm*
