Dead - stupid barbell ruined my grip so no major gains.
I don't get the skin bursting pumps anymore, no more back pumps (finally!!) and shin splits are manageable.
I'm going to limit my carbs to pre and post workout and try to add another l of whole milk.
Overall I feel really great and confident, horny and cocky.
One think that bothers my is how huge my stomach is. There was more fat then I would like before, now there's even the water from dbol plus I'm always full from eating and drinking water so I look like pregnant.
