Hey bud tbh you dont need over 300gs a day alots of big guys dont as theres no point ur body can only use so much i stick to 300 and no diffrent on 350gs just my input and doing that isnt hard at all mate after training hard i can get down 300gs of chicken breast 100gs of carbs from rice and a bit of curry powder to taste (when bulking) its not hard to get 350 a day lots of eggs 1-2 ls of milk a day mix of beef and chicken also remember to count the proteins from carbs lost of people dont and i dont get that even pros count it so shoould we all
