im on about 320 a day and
i would say this is where shakes come in
if can have 2-3 protein shakes a day should amount to 100g a day or more depending on type
also 6 scrambled eggs for breakfats isnt a lot to eat and that is 60-80g dependent on size of egg so there is over half needed so if 4 of your meals are over 30g per meal witch is easy most meals can cover this
this is how i try to keep my protein up
