Im done!!
Workout today SUCKED!!
Felt like a weak puppy, no drive no stamina no desire and I get very frustrated about that.
Yesterday I had 3 beers. Today my workout suffered big time. This only differant Ive done in the last couple of months was those beers.
I have to atribute my lack of a good workout to that. So Im Done. I like beer but not if it is going to rob me of the hard work ive been doing to get the way i want.
No where near there yet but I will no longer have this roadblock to overcome.
