hey dude is that aimed at a natural trainer?
cos you need to be clear about stuff like that when suggesting routines.
youre average noob will see that see the word dorian and think i wanna be that big..
that routine is aimed at an advanced trainer who knows his body well.
for a noob it just means rampant over training..

the clue is of course in the fact it was taken from german volume training which means its not only for advanced but enhanced trainers lol

far better if youre lower back can take it to do

squats-3x10 (for example)
and follow that up with something similar for stiff leg deadlift.

that pairing is plenty and certainly enuff without adding in pre exhausts and drop or strip sets..
slightly surprised theres no negatives in there too lol

i think its extremely important to learn how to grow using the basics and then and only then when you know how youre body responds to try new techiniques.
most dont they assume they have the genetics of some dude they`ve heard about and slog it out at the gym 5 nites a week instead a more realistic 2-3 x a week on some fcuking ridiculous volume routine, getting nowhere deciding to add in some gear and even then not getting great results..

i am obviously steriotyping slightly here for effect lol..

just my thoughts on it all
