What I do now is jump a little rope, punching bag, jumping jacks, just keep doing a mix of things that hit different muscle groups so the pumps wont get too bad.
ncspacy also said tabata was awesome but I haven't gotten to try it yet. With 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off, if you go upper body then lower body you might mix it up enough to let the different pumps subside.
