Difficulty performing some exercises
Anyone else have the problem where they just out-grow certain machines (Leg ext, standing calf raise, hammy curl, etc)?.
Do you try to find a way to perform the same exercise or just forget about it?
Eg. Calf raises today I had to load up the smith machine with plates and do the raises like that as the calf raise machine only goes up to 410.
What's an alternative to leg ext as that also only goes up to 3 something.
