The best advice i can give you is BE PREPARED !
Make your meals the day before or if your out on the road for a few days at a time get yourself a cool box and make a few meals to keep in tupperware boxes.
You could make chicken salads , boiled eggs , meat sandwiches , ect and keep it all in a cool box , also you could always take ready to eat stuff with you like nuts or dried fruit.
Dont forget to take ya shaker and a bag of oats with you and some good quality whey protein , you could go to a service station and buy a pint of milk and make a shake to drink as a snack.
Theres plenty of options out there you just need to plan them before hand !
