switching to some genshi from tom & GBNSTORE, seeing if there is a difference. feeling like what I have isnt as strong as I would like. weight is fluctuating a little too much, and the downs are starting to mess with my head, just due to the lower calories
feeling like I need t drop 20# to be ready, but need to be much fuller and potentially put on 5-10# to really make a dent compared to last years presentation
training weights are moving up slowly, but its time to move up faster
