Iv'e always been wanting to run a short heavy blast to see if there is a difference like I heard/read other people have positive results from. I have always been the 12/20wk cycle kinda guy. Now I have read up on alot of short blast cycles and have come up with this plan.
4 week cycle
Prop 100mgs/day
NPP 100mgs/day
Dbol 100mgs/day
I will document and post pics of this cycle thoroughly on HM.
I will be starting this cycle in march. Been off juice since september and I want my receptors to have maximum time to recover. A week before I start this cycle I will be hitting cardio hard for an hour a day and will be almost as if I were in contest mode dieting, this will be done for only 1 week prior to the start of this cycle. Reasoning behind that is so I will put my body in nutrient deficiency so when I start this blast cycle I can absorb it all in.
Live and learn, that is what I am planing to do with this cycle.
Never tried a short blast cycle before, we will see what happens.
