I have officially hit a wall in my training. Ive felt it coming for awhile and today it finally hit me. I normally take a one week deload every month to avoid overtraining but since I started the juice ive been just plowing through my training cycles without a break.
It suck being that im on week ten of test but I have to force myself to take a week off.
Last week I bumped the test up from 500 to 750. Hopefully that helps
