Hello all have a picture here this was me this morning at 7am not tensed clearly ha looking chubby, holding water and soft that what 2weeks of no training and eating christmas food does lol glad i did it doe

I have zero urges for "bad food" getting back to normal now so i cant wait at all tbh. plan for the next 2-3 days carbs will be down to under 50gs a day proteins will be 300gs a day fats will be aroound 70gs a day then after that il up my carbs for a couple of days till i reach about 200gs a day fats will be down to 60gs a day and il up and down my carbs as i need to and fats will also go down so this should be grand. cardio2 a day 4-5 times a week as needed weight training once a day somedays might do twice if im up for it. ive down this type of plan before and worked out great.
