At home I have
life fitness electronic machines Chest press, Triceps machine and a lat pulldown machine. They are commercial machines I bought at auction.
I also have a smith rack, dumb bells,, olymipic bar and curl bar
last week I got a Hammer Strength ground base jammer rig as well as a full cable crossover system. Everything I have a commercial stuff No home gym equipment
Oh I forgot a treadmill and an Elliptical Cross Trainer. Both life fitness.
