This week I'm really starting to feel the test kicking in. I'm sweating a lot and. My skin is oily as hell. One shower a day isn't cutting it anymore.
As of yesterday my bench is up about 35 pounds, which is awesome because I've been stalled for a long time on that.
Starting today I'm adding in some cardio on non training days and doing Dell Franco's agile 8 Mobility routine. I've been feeling a little sluggish and stiff lately so that should help.
My calories are at about 4300 a day right now. Weight is 211 pounds this morning.
I'm noticing a lot of my definition coming back this week. I can see my abs when flexed again.
