Did leg training just finished and well it was not good at all tbh legs went after the second set felt like i did 8 sets of squats :/ did a about 6 sets of squats and 4 sets of calf raises will train them again in a couple of days again hammer them. havent being doing much the past week or so outside of training pretty much training and resting maybe il get out a bit more walk around might help could of just being a bad training day
