Hey lads training is going good diet is going pretty well to so im happy with myself loving the T3 atm great stuff but i do feel a bit flat at times other than that is going well. i will be upping my training more from here on out training twice a day with weights 4-5 times a week if needed will be pushing extra kcals in my body. im around 203ish atm trying to bulk up to 220 see how i am if needed more i will bulk up an extra 10pound and do a big cut to get lean
ive tryed the whole trying to stay lean while bulking dont like it dont feel as well and i feel i gain less muscle to i know alot of guys agree with me rather be big anyway lol so yeh training twice a day give an idea of how it will look day 1 cardio, eat, train legs, eat, nap, eat train chest, eat, nap, eat, eat then bed will up kcals as needed id say i will have to on around 3500kcals atm. so id be loooking to train each body part twice a week time to get huge
