done my second shot yesterday have zero pi with either shot so thats amazing since its 350mg of test per ml 2moro will be chest abbs and cardio twice once in the morning and after weights. chest work outs are pretty simple benchpress i switch between flat and incline each week or second week mix it up a bit. also do dumbell flys and presses thats my chest workout most of my training is at reps around 12-15 reps good range for me but i force out the last couple of reps head is popping from it ha but i keep my bench around 6reps il go as heavy as i feel i can as i dont have a spotter best to be safe. i do alot of sets so my body does be in bits for 3-4days as it should be
