This is great advice. In addition, I would up your fat intake to about 25% of overall calories. Fat is important to include for hormone control, something that is very important if you are trying to shed body fat without muscle loss.

Just make sure you are consuming healthy fats such as polyunsaturated, monounsaturated and saturated. Yes, I just labeled saturated fat as being healthy. Really, the only fat you need to avoid are processed trans fats.
