Im 25, 5 11" my work outs were chest and legs on day 1 and abbs and arms on day 2, my work outs were about an hour and a half to 2 hours, not a lot i know, but gave it 100% i'd be totally fucked after it lol.
Currently im only doing cardio,mostly jogs and sprints, its the only form of exercise a can see myself improving in,its a good buzz, but id much rather do some lifting,
