Ok ill admit i havent been sticking to a diet for some time now, but i did for about 6 months, the foods varied but i had an average intake of about 3500-4000 cals a day, I used various bulking supplements that tasted like shit lol. I trained 2 days on 2 days off,switching muscle groups. i gained about 10 pounds in the first 2 months, but stuck at that,didnt gain anymore. I thought maybe my body was getting used to the weights so went heavier..still no gains, so i tried all sorts of different foods and supplements for the next 4 months with no substantial gains.
BTW thanks alot guys i really appreciate this. Ive been thinking about getting gear for some time now, but im a complete noob when it comes to gear, any one know or have experience with gear designed for bulking, different stacks that work etc. Like i said im an ectomorph, so would that be a contributing factor to the type of gear? My current weight is 11 stone. again guys thanks so much for your help
