gotta say newbie i gotta agree with andy on this one , anything you can buy over the counter is 99% inaffective !
most of it is placebo effect , sure there maybe ones that give you more energy ect but they dont aid in fat loss.
like youve already said diet is the main factor in weight loss , get a good diet and slowly start to drop your daily calorie intake , start eating every 3 hours and after a few weeks you should be able to see the difference without the need for any fat burning products
Do you do cardio ??
