Hey bros any if you guys ever do this?? from what ive got u have about 6-8 hours to eat your whole days worth of kcals i started 2day fasted from 9 last night till nearly 1 pm today so far had 2 meals each with about 1000kcals 100gs of carbs and 100gs proteins the rest in fats doing a workout now then around half7 8 il have my last meal i know ive heard of guys doing this for bulking as well as cutting they say it works even keeps u a bit leaner guess il find out someways its easyer to get 3 big meals down rather than 6 meals in other ways not ha. will keep u updated on this page and my log so check in bros and let everyone know if you have tryed it for whatever reason if it worked or didnt work
