hi all this will be my personnal log
my current stats are age - 21 , height 5' 8 , weight 16st3
my build is overweight , ive got quite abit of fat around my stomach chest and arms , not loads but more than i want !
my goals are to just watch what i eat and to train hard so i start to see a difference in my body shape, i dont want to build loads of muscle and i dont want to diet down to nothing i just want to improve what ive got and look abit better in my own head !
At the minute im doing the workout Robbie posted up for me in the training section, its my second week doing it now and its killing me lol
the 1st time i did it i was hurting all over the next day, i think i may of over done it a little.
im going to post on here time to time so if anyone has any questions please let me know.
