i do have powerliftin half body building 2 sets of 12 to 15 slow down explode up. and 2 sets of 8 to 12 4 set totall on every muscle group used tren and sust in the past got up to 265, work got the best of me so lost most of it starting new foundation ive done my research since dbol has a halflife of 3 to 5 hours ill break it down in 10s i could go longer on the prim if needed be but didnt want to go over 12 weeks i already have the clomid ill cycle it then try the nov next time
