thnks fellas. not such a poweful week for back and chest.
weak workouts, well not weak, but the top end weights just werent there
got a good training session in at a gym a little south in between a clients pre judge and night show saturday
did all my leg exercises first like machine curls, db ham curls etc
and did squats dead last
still got the same reps as last week when I did them first
good stuff.!.
