Hey bro first i was cutting to just drop a tad bit of fat and i did while adding some mass (muscle and water) now im bulking statrting yesterday easying myself up but going to stick with these kcals for a little bit see how my gains are and so on if i need to bring up i will keeping my foods sper clean (chicken fish oats small bit of rice fats eggs coconut oil) thats pretty much my diet right there mate lol body is like a freight train atm hungry all the time even after huge meals (thats a good thing) thanks for asking mate
will update as i go along think my gains should be nice want to pack on as much good mass as i can then cut right the hell up and in 2 years or so do a Bodybuilding comp taining about 5 years or over now going well bigger than everyone i know 5foot 6 14 stone (last time i weight myself anyway) another weigh in tomoro morning.
