pre exhausted with seated leg curls
looks like I was retaining a little water from the adrol, but my weight didnt fluctuate, but seems as though i tightened up a little from dropping it out last week.
Still holding plenty of fat, but clothes are fitting loose through the waist, more so then a couple weeks ago.
not a bad thing
