ordering experience
I've place two orders with GBN. The first went as smooth as can be expected.
The second order came in short by 100 tabs. However, GBN is not only rectifying the problem, but also gave me a $20 credit and some extras.
Mistakes happen from time to time. I'm happy to work with a vendor that accepts responsibility and does the right thing.
Communication through their ticket system is great. Very quick responses and always polite and customer friendly.
Great company and I'll order again soon!
