Lots of Squats form is good leg raises leg curls calf raises started doing lunges going to cut them out i think to much stress on the knee might of being cuasing it to act up the past 2 weeks (i started lunges 3 weeks ago) might be from that. i dont go heavy i got for a great pump and it works always had nice legs even as a kid lol also you said before about adding asprain do you think it will help me? with my little weight loss stack im running low dose of clen 40 - 80 mcg a day with some caffine.
