got 5 sets of pullups 10 reps ea
huge deal b/c my weight is so high
even went a little slow for last 3 sets
weight is steady but I know there is more to come
Prob done with deadlifts from the floor
been doing from a little below the knees. no pain in all the wrong places and more overall feeling in the back
Hoping to work up to 5 p.p.s. with maybe an additional 25 or so by years end
depth and thickness will hopefully reflect that type of weight
