my workout changes some really depending on what I want to do that day
changes as in type of sets and rep. Started mainly on 3 sets 5 reps'
now I mix that with a couple of muscle exhaustion sets to failure.
Im probably going to concentrate on a little lighter weight and more reps for now. Say sets of 8-12 rep 5 sets. Im looking for size at this point.
Ill be asking for help on the next cycle too

The test e cycle I was on did put on a lot of water AND EVERY SINGLE INJECTION HURT LIKE HELL TWO DAYS AFTER.
Every pin was swollen sore and red. Normally took 4-5 days to go away.
Maybe it was the E and test P would be better
like I said Im open to suggestions.
