To me it looks like your focus has just been wait loss. Its not easy to build muscle while losing weight. Normally I would say forget using AAS and concentrate on more of a muscle building type diet. However your not a 20 year old. Being older, like me, I would recommend a change in your diet. One to accommodate a huge increase in muscle mass and up to 500mgs per week of Test to start with.
You'll find that there's a lot of us older guys around at various levels who all want to help,so post up some more info current diet, workout style, etc.
