Test-e @ 400 mg a week for 9 weeks
Anavar 30 to 40 mg a day for first 5 weeks
Many will say use just the test and the young bulls will all say use 500 mgs of test....but if your waist is still big 400 is better imo at your age. The young guys around here dont yet understand about how our metabolism slows way down once we pass 30 years lol
This is a light cycle but will produce results with a high protein diet. You want to go to Walmart and get some Advances Body Fortress Whey Protein use with milk Three times a day to total 200 grams of protein. Remember..each once of low fat milk gives an extra gram of protein
Eat whole grain carbs...no white flour or junk food. Drink plenty of water and take a multy vitamin/mineral each day with food
DIET is KEY when using anabolics its just as important as weight lifting !
Get Body Building work out advise!
Train only one body part a day ( exception is train biceps on pull days and triceps on push days)
