Default olddog's adjusted cycle

well im in week 9 ( end of) of a test e only 12 week cycle.
went from 182 to 216 real quick. Felt fat but was clearly stronger.

Got a little worried about gyno as the nipps were getting tender.

I got the stack with the stuff for PCT from a board sponsor. Problem is Im still waiting on the Nolavdex to be delivered. I wanted to use that to prevent the gyno.

So I got some from a different sponsor on this board while I wait on the original order to arrive.

here is what Im doing now

lift 3 days a week
1 hour cardio 7 days a week on elliptical machine at HR of 140.


diet is pretty good or as good as it can be given the location where Im at.

Im taking 300mg test e twice a week or 600mg a week ( mon/thursday)
im taking 140mg clenbuteral daily. This is a 2 week cycle that will end on the 17th.
50mg t-3 daily
10mg novaldex daily

Im going to start tapering off the test e next week
the test cycle will end on the 30th july

pct starts august 13th with 40mg novaldex and 100 clomed
this goes until the 26th where I drop[ it to 20 novaldex and 50 clomid until the 9th of September where the PCT ends

Second cycle of clen/t-3 starts Aug 1 and runs for 2 weeks
Third and last ( for A WHILE) clen cycle starts Aug 30 and runs 2 weeks

Some results

I am clearly stronger
I have a lot more mass and am starting to get some of the vascular definition I am looking for.

Leg press started at 225 ( machine) Ive topped out the machine at 810 so I need to move to something else. This is 3 sets of 5
Bench which has always been my worse area went from 135to right at 175 now but is still moving up.

As I said weight went up 30 pounds and change but waist is still at 32. ( a tight 32)

There has been lots of water retention and some fat gain ( I felt) around the middle. This is most likely from the test aromatization and the estrogen effects.

Im 6 ft
56 years old
and probably stronger and look better now than ever. A few more weeks on this cycle ( my first) and then it is a matter of retaining the gains Ive made.

Next cycle will be something more prone to lean mass not just pure mass.



So what do you think? Have I screwed up or does this all look about right
