Warm up - Bench press 2 x 30, 2 x 15

Bench press: 4 x 5

Incline bench press: 3 x 12

Dumbell press: 3 x 12

Pec deck flyes: 1 x 40

Close grip bench press: 2 x 5

Seated french press: 2 x 12

Over head cable extensions: 1 x 40
