i took my shot yestersay mixed with test prop and winny, OMG.. swelled up and had to skip legs... yikes. so i opted for chest, day after delts...

seated calves: 125 for 4 sets of 15
cardio 20 ins walk at 120 hr....
keeping BF low.
food the same, except I will cut back to 300 g carbs today... increase the oils...
