DIET:
sucked down 500 g carbs today all clean- oats, blueberies, strawberries, rasb, swt pot, bron rice grits... no fats...
lowered the protein.. to eliminate fat gains.
legs tomorrow.. shoud be nice and carbed up for that..
2 more meals to go tonight.. 8 meals today.. oats and blueberries now, maybe 75g protein during the night with oil....
