for breakfast have 2 scoops whey instead of 1
for 3.30 snack try 2 scoops of whey and have your banana in a sandwich with 2 slices brown bread
night time id swap the whey for casein protein nad swap the roasted peanuts for almonds or walnuts ...
other than that it looks to be good ... i remember your original diet and this is a 100 times better
