I agree that they are not needed at a young age.

I took D aspartic acid for 30 days at the prescribed dosage and did not experience any estrogenic signs. I learnt afterward that D aspartic acid does aromatase. I have grown slightly since, but I still have the question: Did D- aspartic acid affect my growth?
