Also I know this was the case for me, but I had to get my diet straightened out before I really started growing.
A typical day would be
Banana bagel 2 tbs peanut butter and whey shake
1/2 can tuna and saltines
Chicken breast brown rice two tortillas cheese
Chicken breast brown rice two tortillas cheese
Apple 2 tbs peanut butter and shake
Tri tip brown rice
That did not include a post work out shake and quick carbs
